What To ExpectNutritionMy plans are macro based. If you've never heard of macros they are 3 macro nutrients that make up food (proteins, fats & carbs) these are calculated for each individual based on their goals, activity as well as personal info like age, weight, height and body fat. Its not a meal plan, its considered flexible dieting because you are able to choose what you would like to eat as long as it fits your custom numbers.
WorkoutsYour standard most effective Weightlifting workouts the only difference is the formula. By implementing the formula your workouts are shorter but way more intense and effective. I've had beginners and very advanced athletes complete the program and they both were challenged. You see as a mom its very important for me to make a plan that's fast and effective because I don't have the time I used to before Lyla, Running a business and also my social world. My Workouts are 20mins - 40mins. 4-5 days out of the week. We mostly concentrate on weightlifting and reshaping the body. I provide both Home & Gym Plans.
CommunicationYou will have the ability to email or text me with questions and concerns and I respond within 24hours. I touch base once a week and ask that you send over progress photo's weekly so we can see how you're progressing and if we need to make any adjustment or not.
