"It's been difficult for me to make time for myself I'm working, going to school while trying to be a great mom, so it was very easy to put my needs on the back burner. But this journey has been very enlightening on valuing your body. There complex, precious things and we should treat them better. This has only motivated me to keep adjusting my goals for even better results, I apply that to all aspects of my life. Change my body was so different this time than others you've educated me on things I knew nothing about and how I should be better caring for myself. Thank you so much for all your help and support, it was vital for me to see what I was capable of!

"I'm so sad my 12 weeks have come to an end! I'm also so grateful for all the help and support you've given me to reach my goals. When I did my very first workout you gave me I was so sore the next day, I could hardly walk, and sitting on the toilet was definitely a challenge for the first week lol. My workout was not too intense but it worked all my muscles and abs! I still am not where I want to be, but I've accomplished a lot, especially with my crazy busy life! As soon as I am able to I will be purchasing another 12 week program, I still need you Florina, thank you so much for being so amazing! I will continue to do everything I've learned from you for now.

" I can't believe it's already been 6 weeks. Time flew by so fast and I am so grateful for your knowledge and encouragement. I was a little hesitant to start your program but I'm glad I did. In the past I would start a "diet" and in 2 weeks it was out the door. It was just an unhealthy cycle. I would deprive my self from certain foods because I thought it was too much carbs but little did I know I was doing it all wrong. You've changed my life for the better and I couldn't thank you enough. Not only have you helped me transform my body but you gave me confidence and knowledge in knowing I can continue my journey on my own. You taught me food is not my enemy, it's my fuel for a healthier me. And like you say consistency is key. I've learned that's 100% true. Thank you for your time. " I am definitely excited to see these changes and am certain that I would not have been able to achieve any of this without your guidance. I used to be a cardio freak because I felt so accomplished after a hard sweaty session and it was hard for me to let go of that but it has been so worth it. I have been going to the gym for a while and never have I seen so much progress in my body on such a short period of time as I have seen now. Of course, go ahead and post them. These progress pictures are what motivated me to make that jump and purchase your plan. This is not a fad diet like the many out there. You provide the tools necessary to make this a lifestyle. My time in the gym has decreased which is great for a new mom and I eat more than I have with other plans and yet.... The pictures don't lie!!! I'm so happy I finally bought your plan. I have 2 boys under 3 who wake up at the crack of dawn, and go, go, go all day, I was at a breaking point. Even though I was getting sleep I felt exhausted. I realized after the 2nd day of your plan how little I was eating, not on purpose I just didn't have time to feel hungry or cook for myself. Now making fueling my body a priority I'm able to wake up with my boys in the morning and keep up with them all day and still have energy to hang out with my husband once they go to sleep. Honestly the physical changes just seem like a bonus at this point, so thank you so much for helping me be a better mother!"

"I'm feeling great. Nutrition wise I'm pretty confident that I'm a pro now at tracking my macros, I have had a pretty good relationship with food from the start, but it's nice knowing exactly how much of each I'm supposed to be eating to reach my goals. It was somewhat difficult at the start to eat that much food, but now some days it seems like nothing. Also intermediate fasting, which I have done in the past, is another thing I truly believe has helped me so much and for me works for my lifestyle.
Workout wise again feeling amazing. I feel like a beast pretty much after every workout. Your formula is super easy to follow and I love the results I've seen, which pushes me to keep pushing and to push harder. I mean I never thought I would actually have legit abs but here I am!
